Meet Berlin

Larger than New York City and Paris combined, this German capital city is 891 square kilometers. With more bridges than Venice, 1,700 to be exact, Berlin is full of beautiful waterways and green spaces, the perfect mix of an urban city with tranquil escapes. Berlin is not just a city to enjoy outdoors, with more museums than rainy days; it is a cultural wonder mixing history, preservation and modernity. Largely influenced by it’s inhabitants, every 7th person that calls Berlin “home” is in fact from a country other than Germany. People of all age groups and societies want to live here again, something unfamiliar to the city in past decades. Overcoming war and the wall, Berlin now represents a freedom for all. It is like no other city in the world for tolerance and coexistence of lifestyles. Each year, nearly 50,000 people move here.

Berlin has now topped London with the title of “most fun” city in a poll of travelers, according to the Telegraph. Berlin was among 1,800 cities ranked according to categories such as bars, clubs, culture, shopping and activities.
